Physical WWE Hall of Fame?

Amid the recent rumours and later confirmation that WrestleMania 33 will now emanate from The Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida, it has now emerged that the long term planned center for the WWE Hall of Fame will actually become a reality in 2017, also in Orlando. The facility is speculated, as told by Inquisitr is rumored to contain a restaurant which will have a retail outlet and screens to display various wrestling moments. But what does it actually mean in reality?

Well, the theory is that the venue will host various items of wrestling memorabilia or legends from yesteryear which will be on display almost like a museum. In all honesty, they could use some of the various items from the WWE Warehouse within the facility. It is a potentially very niche concept, but also quite unique because it allows the fans to interact with their stars of before like they never have before.

But in some other respects, it could almost become almost like a Wrestling Convention where fans gather to meet with their favourite stars. It should come as no surprise that the location for the Hall of Fame is going to be Orlando, Florida. WWE Officials reportedly have a great working relationship with various Orlando Officials, something which was debated around the time of WrestleMania XXIV in The Citrus Bowel which at the time wasn’t the most modern of venues. But also, the fact that the WWE Performance Center and NXT are based in Orlando means that this is something the WWE can continue to build on and establish themselves further within the area. This could be a fantastic asset to the WWE for WrestleMania Week, an extra addition to their already bulging schedule.

What would you like to see in the WWE Hall of Fame venue, there is nearly 50 years of history to build on…maybe Owen Hart’s Slammy Awards, a Buried Alive Headstone or maybe Katie Vick…we’d love to know what you think!
