The twenty-ninth edition of the Survivor Series event aired on 22/11/2015 from the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. There were nine matches contested on the card, with one on the pre-show and two championships on the line. The main event featured the finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament to crown a new champion following an injury sustained by then champion, Seth Rollins. The event was aired live across various pay-per-view channels across the globe including a live stream on the WWE Network.
