The fourth edition of the Royal Rumble event aired on 19/01/1991 from the Miami Arena in Miami, Florida. There were seven matches contested on the card, with one contested as a dark match and one championship on the line. The main event featured the traditional Royal Rumble match with 30 WWE Superstars, with the under card being headlined with a contest for the WWE Championship with The Ultimate Warrior defending against Sgt.
