Final WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Card

The inaugural RAW only PPV event is only a mere hours away from the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is Clash of Champions 2016. A once WCW tradition is now in the WWE under a different pseudo name. Unless any last minute surprises are thrown into the show, there are currently eight matches scheduled for the show. There are seven on the main show and one on the pre-show. But all five championships from the RAW Brand are on the line, including the brand new WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Here is the final WWE Clash of Champions 2016 Card…

WWE Universal Championship

Kevin Owens (c) vs. Seth Rollins

~ ~ ~

WWE Tag Team Championship

The New Day (c) vs. The Club

~ ~ ~

WWE United States Championship

Rusev (c) vs. Roman Reigns

~ ~ ~

WWE Cruiserweight Championship

T.J Perkins (c) vs. Brian Kendrick

~ ~ ~

WWE Women’s Championship

Charlotte (c) vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley

~ ~ ~

Best of Seven Series – Match Seven

Cesaro vs. Sheamus

~ ~ ~

Sami Zayn vs. Chris Jericho

~ ~ ~

Pre-Show

Alicia Fox vs. Nia Jax

How this event plays out could certainly be interesting for the RAW Brand. Since the 2016 inauguration of the Brand Split, the RAW Brand has being slightly underwhelming. Clash of Champions 2016 could be the opportunity for them to springboard the RAW Brand leaps and bounds above everything else. Will the one remaining spoiler (the other already sort of true) come to fruition for the big event? The main event for the show is certainly a massive step forward for the WWE, with two former NXT talents facing off against one another for the WWE Universal Championship. It is certainly a promising step forward, but the RAW Brand need to really up their game and make Clash of Champions 2016 a standout show. Only time will tell…

What do you think about the current Clash of Champions 2016 Lineup? What do you think will happen on the big show? Do you think any more matches will be added to the show? We’d love to know what you think!
