SummerSlam 2016 Pre-Show Results

P1. [SmackDown] Tyler Breeze, Fandandgo, The Ascension & VaudeVillians vs. The Uso’s, Hype Bros and American Alpha

This match is much better than anticipated, with an Uso eventually picking up the win over a Vaudevillain. Expecting a bit of a washout, but pleasantly surprised.

Winners: The Usos, Hype Bros and American Alpha

– Baron Corbin appears with the pre-show panel talking about his original scheduled match with Kalisto. It is revealed that Kalisto is not medically cleared, but Corbin is coming for him. The next match is the RAW tag team match.

P2. [RAW] The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley) vs. Sami Zayn and Neville

Neville and Sami have the control in the opening moments, but eventually Neville is dominated by both The Dudley Boyz. Zayn is eventually tagged in, with him and Zayn and Neville picking up the win following a Red Arrow to Bubba Ray. That was an alright match, which served its purpose.

Winners: Sami Zayn and Neville

P3. [RAW] Sheamus vs. Cesaro

Cesaro’s entrance is brilliant, suits him so well. The match gets underway, and they have a very solid match with Sheamus assuming control of the match. Cesaro is very impressive, with a crossbody from the ring post – absolutely brilliant. Sadly though, the victory falls to Sheamus though when he picks up a clean win with the Brogue Kick.

Winner: Sheamus
