SmackDown Live 2016

WWE SmackDown Preview 26th July 2016

The Blue Brand is back within the WWE Universe, and determined more than ever to conquer the Red Brand. Under the leadership of Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan, what lengths will the superstars go to in order to captivate the WWE Universe? With the WWE World Heavyweight Championship now exclusive to SmackDown, what is next for champion Dean Ambrose? Which member of the Blue Brand will have him in their sight? And will the superstars drafted from NXT make their debut, and what impact can they have? The countdown is on to the biggest party of the summer, SummerSlam 2016. What will the Blue Brand contribute towards this. This weeks edition of SmackDown Live comes from the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York. Here is this weeks SmackDown Preview 26th July 2016…

New Beginning

The SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan has made it clear that the superstars come first, not the management. In the first event of a solo Blue Brand, will the success continue against the red Brand? And, will Daniel Bryan or even Shane McMahon have any tricks up their sleeve to maintain the position of top dog?

Championship Chase

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Dean Ambrose is currently without a rivalry…his former Hounds of Justice rivals are now on the Red Brand. But we cannot expect this spot to remain vacant for too long. Which member of the SmackDown Live Roster will step up to the plate in their quest to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion?

Anything Possible

There are a whole variety of superstars under the Blue Brand, making it even more versatile than ever before. But with so many different personalities contained within one arena, who can we expect to clash with one another? What chaos is expected to ensue on SmackDown Live?

New Stars

Last week in the Brand Split Draft Lottery, SmackDown Live was fortunate enough to accumulate four picks from NXT: American Alpha, Alexa Bliss, Mojo Rawley and Carmella. Rawley made an appearance to save his former partner Zack Ryder at Battleground, but what about the rest of them? Will this be their week to make an impact on SmackDown Live?

Old Blood Brewing

Whilst SmackDown Live is bursting with fresh new talent to wow the WWE Universe, we cannot forget the boys who have kept the WWE going for years. With a brand packed with former champions, what will the Old Blood do to make their impact on the WWE Universe as part of SmackDown Live?

What do we think will happen on WWE SmackDown Live this week…what steps will the Blue Brand go to succeed? We’d love to know what you think!
