WWE SmackDown Spoilers 26th May 2016

With the news that SmackDown will soon be going Live in less than two months, the SmackDown as we know it is coming to an end. With various WWE Superstars confirmed this past week on RAW for the Money in the Bank Ladder match, will anymore superstars be confirmed for the match or will they continue to hold us in suspense. This weeks edition of SmackDown comes from the legendary Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk Virginia. Here is this weeks SmackDown Spoilers 26th March 2016.

– Michael Cole opens the shows with the MITB briefcase before talking about the events of Extreme Rules. He is then joined by Dean Ambrose who goes over what happened to Jericho, before he is interrupted by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn who both talk about not being able to be stopped. They are then interrupted by Alberto Del Rio who proclaims to become a two-time winner before Ambrose, Owens and Zayn starts brawling.

1. Money in the Bank Qualifying Match – Alberto Del Rio defeated Zack Ryder

– Enzo and Cass make their way to the ring, and cut a promo before they are quickly interrupted by The Dudley Boyz which leads to Enzo trash talking them. The Dudley’s ultimately back down from a match with Enzo and Cass. 

– We are shown the WWE United States Champion Rusev with Lana backstage, before proclaiming Kalisto has no chance of being victorious tonight.

2. WWE United States Championship: Rusev (c) defeated Kalisto

– After the match, Titus O’Neill saves Kalisto, before challenging Rusev to a title match which he declines

3. Natalya fought Dana Brooke to a No-Contest. Charlotte was on commentary for the match, but quickly interfered in the match and put Natalya in the Sharpshooter, before she and Dana double team Natalya before leaving.

AJ Styles is shown backstage and when asked what is next, he says he doesn’t know before walking off. A Golden Truth video package is then shown. 

4. Fandango and Tyler Breeze defeated R-Truth and Goldust

Seth Rollins came out to an incredible reaction, asking the fans if they have missed him. He says he doesn’t feel the same, getting a load of heat before walking out. 

5. WWE Intercontinental Championship: The Miz (c) (w/ Maryse) defeated Cesaro to retain the championship
