Breaking News: Could Roman Reigns be out of WrestleMania 32?

Roman Reigns Triple H

Roman Reigns out of WrestleMania 32?

Following on from the brutal attack he received from Triple H last week on RAW seemingly shattering his nose, it is heavily speculated by Inquistr that Roman Reigns isn’t in actual fact healthy enough to compete in his WWE World Heavyweight Championship match against Triple H at WrestleMania 32. According to, Reigns required surgery to his nose. Most would assume this is part of the story, but Reigns did undergo nose surgery to repair a deviated septum. Reigns isn’t advertised for next week’s Raw however is scheduled to face Sheamus at the upcoming Roadblock Network event. With the WWE injury list continuing to have an adverse affect on the programming and content, what could this possibly mean for the AT&T Stadium in less than 5 Weeks when the WWE invades Dallas?

One of the early rumours going around would see Dean Ambrose capture the championship on his forthcoming championship opportunity with Triple H, following on from his challenge to him this week. He would then potentially go on to defend the title against Brock Lesnar in their No Holds Barred match at Mania. This could be an interesting dynamic but what then for Triple H…we can’t imagine the COO wanting to miss out.

A possibility could be based around what happened for the recently retired Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania XXX. The winner of Ambrose and Lesnar faces Triple H in the main event. With both John Cena and Seth Rollins expected to make comebacks sooner than expected, they still aren’t expected to be healthy enough for Mania.

Whilst it remains a rumour at this point, it does remain an obvious concern losing potentially another top star but also the main event of a seemingly troubled Mania card in jeopardy. Never in history has WrestleMania being jeopardized so many times in the months leading up to it. Should Roman in actual fact have being hit by the injury bug, WWE will need to think fast in order to salvage the show. Hopefully this precarious situation will become clearer in coming days. Whatever the outcome, this has the potential to be interesting…

Update: 14th March – Roman Reigns returned to Raw to continue his feud with Triple H.
